Started at 270, joined 12/13/2011, I believe. have lost 12lbs total so far. I want to get to within healthy normal range, whatever that is. IT seems to vary widely. Though personally I am shooting for 112 ulitmately. And I fully expect it to take about 2 years. Nothing is impossible, it only begins to be impossible when we believe it is greater than our abilities. Will GOD all things are possible!!!!0

5'4... started my adventures in weight loss at 255 in May.
Started here at MFP yesterday at 230.4
My current "mini" goal is 199 by February 14 (Valentines!)
My ultimate goal is 125... however long that takes, but hopefully by next Christmas!0 -
5'7" 163lbs currently, started losing weight in October at 185lbs, started MFP at 172lbs in November. I am hoping to be 150lbs by summer.0

I'm 5' 5", started MFP in August weighing 175lbs. I'm now 156, hoping to get down to 1400

I joined MFP in September sometime I think but only started using it properly at the beginning of December at 271 lb
I am now 266 lbs
I would like to be 165-170 lbs

Hi. I'm 44 years old, I am 5' 8" tall and my high weight when I joined MFP 11 months ago was 277 lb. I am now at 170. I would like to see 150 but will be happy at 160. We shall see. Getting harder to lose the closer I get.

started at 163 in august 2011
now at 147 (December 15 2011)
goal is 125-130 - maybe 3-5 months to get there?
I am ok losing it slowly as i am changing my lifestyle to be healthier and am not "dieting". i want to lose it and keep it off and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
i do p90x classic (currently at week 4) and do at least 20 minutes of yoga 3 days a week.0 -

I am 5'5
My highest weight was 220. (Then I lost 40lbs just by getting out of a bad relationship 4 years ago)
I started hardcore dieting and working out in February 2011 at 184 lbs which is when I joined MFP
I am now 137.4 lbs
would like to be 120-125 lbs depending on how much I gain when I tone.0 -
I am 5' 6 1/2" & weighed in this Monday at 218.5..My lowest adult weight when I was Fullon Raw Vegan was 175..I want to get there again with a healthier mix (for me) of less processed Vegan Cooked & Raw foods. If you are Vegan, you will understand what this means I just want to be the healthiest Vegan i can be..I LOVE this site & I am SO happy I found it!

I will hopefully be 145is by May 1. I have been losing between 8-10lbs a month so i only need to lose 60 more lbs0 -
