    I"m 5'5, started off around 180ish, got down to about 134 and now I'm closer to 139 (I've struggled since Halloween time with all the candy, followed by the comfort food months-lol) I'm back at it and I think I'd be happy at 125ish...130 would be fine too if I'm toned and healthy looking.

    hi all I am 5'1inches and started @184.2 on December 1st. Down 17lbs (yeah!) doing HCG diet and it is working wonders!

    I'm 5' 5" and weigh 120 lbs. :happy: I started 3/29/11 weighing 150 lbs. It took me 6 months to lose the weight & I'm maintaining since 10/1/11. I'm VERY happy :bigsmile: where I am!! I work out 5 days a week and will probably always watch what I eat. I'm really disciplined 99% of the time, the other 1% is my problem, but I'm working through the emotional eating.

    I'm 5'4 and was 228 at my highest and that was around the end of November. I am now 223 and would like to get down to atleast 150..maybe/hopefully lower, but I'll see when I get there since I only know how I look down to 170. :)

    I started at 320 in March when I started MFP

    I am currently 214 as of last Sunday

    I would like to be 158 and maybe eventually be 135!

    I have been in a downward spiral since my work Christmas Party on the 3rd, and this week at training is killing me. Up two pounds on weigh-in and going up from there. I can't wait until this week is over and I can get away from the really good stuff I've been plowing through like the Germans through Poland. I hope that I will be at my goal in February or March.

    You really want to lose more weight? 113 at 5'5" is already a healthy weight. Get much lower than that and you will start getting into the underweight range.

    My goal weight is 125.

    I am 5'3" and weigh 155 pounds. My highest weight was 180 pounds earlier this year. However, I officially started my weight loss journey on July 10th when I weighed 170lbs. I have lost 15 pounds since July 10th and 25 pounds from my highest weight earlier this year.

    5' 5" started mfp on 10/1/11 at 259 goal weight would be between 130 and 140 hope to be there in a year and a half. Sooner would be better, but slow and steady is fine. I am currently 232 and would love to see 200 by the end of summer 2012.

    started mfp Oct 30/31 2011: weighed 164

    current weight haven't logged it yet - jumped on the scale this morning! 148

    goal weight 135

    I am happy with my current weight - thinnest I have been since high school - but would really like to know what i look like at 135, I don't think that is too low for me. So I will keep going! I have no idea how long it will take. According to the "if you eat like this everyday" button on the bottom... it should be around 10 weeks.... we shall see.

    I have been very pleased with watching what I am eating and counting my calories.... so if all goes well 10 weeks!

    My height 5'6

    Started MFP in May at 180 lbs (my highest weight overall was 197lbs)

    Current weight 148 lbs

    Goal weight is possibly 145lbs but maybe 140lbs. Would like to be in that range:love:

    My body will get there eventually so no time frame for me but if I could get there by June 2012 I would be pleased..my body has slowed to lose 1-2 lbs per month

    current weight 130 and that was my goal weight but now that I am there I set a new goal weight of 121-125 around there,
    then long term goal is to not let myself get over 127 lbs.
