Gained 5lbs over the weekend--after our last weigh-in. It was my birthday weekend, we went away and I over indulged in all the really good(not so good for me) things.
Since Sunday I have managed to get 2lbs off, Its amazing how much harder it is to get off ==than it was to put on. Nobody has heard that before eh? This challenge has helped me to get back at it and not just give up. That would have been my previous pattern--gain and give up. Not this time.
