I am 5'8 possibly closer to 5'9. When I started trying to lose weight I was 172. When I joined MFP 46 days ago I was 162.6. Now I'm 156.2. I think my goal is 145. I'm not entirely sure. When I weighed less I didn't have any muscle. Now I'm putting on muscle along with losing fat so I know I will be smaller and weigh more than I used to. I think 145 will put me where I want to be. I'll know when I can fit into those jeans that are mocking me from my closet again. :happy:0

I guess my goal weight is something like 120-125lb, but in all reality I'm more concerned about what the mirror says vs. what the scale says.
I don't really know how long it will take consider I seem to have spurts of will power that last me a few weeks and then I get lazy.0 -
I am Kristy, age 38. I am 5' 5" and I weigh 154 pounds/24% body fat. I started out at 250 pounds and have kept off the initial weight for a little over three years. We are talking major plateau! I'd love to get down to 125 pounds or 18% body fat...whichever comes first.
I am looking forward to journaling and making progress.

I'm 5'4
Currently weighed in at 130.2lbs today.
I joined here about 8 months ago a couple months after having my son in September of 2010. At which time I was about a 138lbs. When I last logged in I weighed 135. Since having my son I have been as low as 127lbs but haven't been able to keep it off.
So I'm back now and would like to hit 125 (may decide to go to 120) and stay there. Want to get fit and be more active.0 -

I started out in mid-September at 166 pounds. My highest weight (not pregnant) was 172. My highest pregnant was 185 so I wasn't happy at 172. I am 5'6". Currently I am 145, but I want to get to 130 and maintain between 130 and 135.0

I joined MFP about a week ago but I have been using other calorie counters before this. I joined to hopefully gain friends who were also trying to lose weight like I was. Its tough when everyone around you is not in the same boat and you feel bad always talking about dieting and exercise when they aren't into it. I only wish I had joined sooner so my tracker read 43 lbs instead of 4 lbs lost

I began to change my eating habits in March 2012 with my beginning weight as 236.
I started using MFP & tracking my calorie intake about 5 weeks ago and have lost 10 lbs. I'm setting several goals rather than 1 unrealistic goal for myself. NO DEADLINES!
