    Run a full marathon, because I've done too many halfs to not go for the gold :)

    My goal is 12 in 12..... 12 races/events of any type in 2012. I have alreay registered for a stair climb (45 floors), a half-marathon (Vienna, Austria) and a 200-mile relay (Bourbon Chase - KY). I just need 9 more events!

    To finish the 30 day shred and a few other Jillian Michaels dvds
    To start and finish Insanity and possibly P90X
    To get a bicycle and start riding

    run a 5k in 30 minutes
    progress to unassisted pull-ups and dips
    reach my goal weight

    - achieve 20% (or less) body fat
    - get some muscle definition!

    My goal is to not gain a horrific amount of weight during my pregnancy. Then, lose the weight I did gain in the six weeks I am home witht he baby. Gotta get my bod back before going back to work!

    I'm going to eat more food! I know its a bizarre goal for MFP but my ticker is almost at zero and I head into maintenance mode soon and get back about 1000 kcal a day. I'm going to use that fuel my strength training and lean muscle build. That is coupled with getting my Body Fat % to 20% by April 1 and then shooting for a "healthy" BMI.

    My goal is to get leaner and more tone. This year we plan on starting a family. I don't care about my weight on the scale, BUT I do want to be stronger and toner for when baby time comes. :happy:

  • 1. Be able to do 20+ REAL pushups in a row.
    2. Run 3 miles in under 30 minutes (big deal for me).
    3. Complete my first triathalon.

    I'm determined to reach all my goals for 2012!

    my goal for the past 3 years has been to run a complete mile, nonstop... however thanks to the annoying injury i incurred during child birth with baby #3, i can no longer run more than 2 minutes without extreme pain that lasts for at least a week- so my goal is only walk, but log in at least 1200 miles!
    to find a new way to deal with depression (in the gym instead of the kitchen) with no medicine!
    lose at least 70 pounds
    motivate my older two children to get out there and exercise with me- the 3-year old is already a workout fanatic who motivates me lol
    oh... and to be able to do an actual pull-up- hahahahahaha

    (i'm very very far from my goals)

    I would like to ride 15 miles on my bike without stopping
    & Get rid of the fat pants

    I'm sure I will be adding more but these two are the only ones I for sure want to do.

    -Lose at least 51 lbs. in 6 months. (Much more than that over the next 12 months)
    -Be able to run 1.5 miles in under 11 minutes.
    -Be able to do 60 push ups without stopping.
    -Be able to do 120 situps easily.

    Then Enlist and find success.
