To fit nicely 32 pants with 12% bodyfat - 185 lbs by May of 2012
And to compete with some guys MMA - nothing serious, just light stuff, but tough for us old guys.
Also, I want to play a higher game of tennis - level 4.5 [serious game]

It's been a long, hard road having lost 62 lbs, 25% body fat and wearing 46 size pants.
    In 2 words: PEAK FITNESS!

Mine ultimately includes me getting to my goal weight which should take about 6 months then when I feel good enough to wear a swimsuit I'll learn to swim or if not take up adult gymnastics (I've always wanted to do backflip).

To reach my goal weight! And if I keep at it with consistent 1 pound/week loss, it should be a piece of cake! Er...maybe not cake.

I would like to run in my first 5k.

Run 300 miles over the course of 2012.

Sport a bikini with pride. ;D

I never really thought of goals for next year. I have not even thought of a goal at all. Just kinda starting out in this and taking it one step at a time. I just realized that it scares me to death to consider a 1 year goal because I am too afraid that I wont make it. How about this for now. I want to HAVE to buy a new bathing suit this summer because the old one falls off when I wear it.

The fitness goals that come to mind for 2012 are:

    ~To become a runner and complete 2 - 3 5ks, an 8k and end the year with a 10k
~To become a yogi (keeping steady yoga practice at 3 - 4 times per week)
~To be a fit and TONED (I wanna see some definition too) size 8 (I've always been a thick girl, so a size 8 is the smallest I ever aspire to be)
    ~To be able to do 50 push-ups (I can barely do 8 - 10 now)
~To be able to do 10 unassisted pull-ups (I can do none now)
~To develop a lifestyle with great habits that I couldn't break even if I tried

Weight loss wise, I have no idea. I haven't yet thought about or set my goals, so I'll post them at a later date.

Personal life wise, my goals are to be happy and to not mess everything up. We'll see..

Lose 5lb/mo til I hit goal. Get strong.
Become a runner, or at least a jogger
This is a fantasy actually- my family would drop dead of shock

My first goal. aside from losing weight was to run a mile! Good luck

Wow, my goals seem way too humble to follow those above.
    I'd like to try yoga.

No goal is too humble. You start with small goals and build up and up and up

Compete in figure competition - April
Move up to Olympic distance triathlon
    Run faster.

PR in my South Dakota half marathon in June.

Check the box next to S or M on event registrations.

Cross 10 more Finish Lines in my quest to do half marathons in all 50 states.

Run 1100-1500 miles. Who knows? I might sign up for another full marathon.

Pffft ... oh, yeah ... get to goal weight and stay there foreveeer!

Do P90X2, run my first Warrior Dash, get my divorce final...not necessarily in that order. Oh, and get down to 10% body fat and show off the six pack that I thought I never had!
