    My weight loss goals are to lose 40lbs by May 2012 and 90lbs by Dec 31st 2012. Have a healthy life style and continue to keep up my 4.0 grade point average.

    My goals are to lower my body fat %, run a few 5ks and a half marathon, and to generally kick *kitten* with whatever I decide to tackle.

    My goal is to drop another 50 pounds next year. Doesn't sound like much, but I can be sure I'l keep it off at that pace.

    I also will learn how to stop listening to the negative voices in my head that keep telling me that I'm not worth real love, success, happiness ... and that learning may involve giving someone an ultimatum.

    Next year my goals are (so far):
    Run my 3rd marathon, (looking for sub 4:15) in May.
    Do an Olympic Distance triathlon in Sept. with a few sprints before that.
    Finish a 5k in less than 24 minutes
    Tone up everything more, see more definition in my arms and maybe possibly someday in my stomach?? :happy: I've had 5 kids so we'll see how this one goes...

    My Goals .......to loose around 60 - 80 more lbs. Finish my C25K programme on the treadmill get as many people to sponsor me to run a 5k race to raise money for a Welsh childrens Hospital ohh and bench press more weight than my son (cant see that happening mind lol) and with a bit of luck visit New York for my 50th Birthday :bigsmile:

    1. Lose at least 1lb per week! NO MORE GAIN OR STAND STILL!!
    2. Be able to run again, or at least jog! When I was in HS I could run a 10 min mile.
    3. Lose my belly pooch! I hate when I raise my arms and I see my belly :'( YUCK!
    4. Get pregnant
    5. Be the fittest pregnant woman I know! LOL

    Get down to a healthy weight so I can get my husband a new kidney. Then once that is done get to my ideal weight. :smile:

    Goal #1: Finish my first Half Marathon in under 2:15. (May)
    Goal #1.5 Enjoy the heck out of it

    Goal #2 Work hard to get down to 170ish and get a lot more toned. (below 15% BF)

    Goal #3 Try hard to train to get down to my second half marathon in 2:00 (October)

    1) Running
    Run 5k in 35 min (currently 37ish)
    Run 5k, 10k races
    Begin training for half marathon/ be able to run for 2hrs straight (done one hour, started C25k in April)

    2) Weight
    Reach target goal (at 142, aiming for 130ish)
    If body fat % not low enough, lose enough to show some toned muscles
    Look good in a bikini by summer! (I think this is doable! I'm 5'4")

    3) Health
    Eat healthily with reasonable treats.
    Ensure I am getting enough calcium from natural sources (mother has osteoporosis).

    I want to do some exercise, it can be anything for at least 35mins or more 6days/week
    I want to keep my food intake to within my calorie goal for 6 days/week
    I will be glad if I can get down to my ideal weight of 150lbs by year end
