It's December 22, 2011 7.30 am here in Philippines, only 1 pound lost. At least there is no weight gain. Still striving on resisting sweet goodies during these holiday season. 4.5 pounds to go to reached my weight loss goal. Currently I'm doing Jillian Michaels workout Banish fat boost metabolism, no more trouble zone and 6 weeks 6packs abs.Mixing it up for alternate days.And my calorie intake is 1200 cals. for now.0 -
