Hot chips.
As much as I love other foods, chips are something I can't get away from. I can't leave one chip on the plate EVER.0 -

Ice cream...hands down. Every grocery trip, I walk down the aisle (some of hubs work lunches are on the same aisle)...and have the urge to throw a pint in the basket...but...in the 8 weeks since I've been on MFP, I've resisted!0

The item I avoid when dieting is Chester's Cheese Popcorn. I open a bag and before I know it half of its already gone!!! One more problem for me is the Cheddar and Sour Cream potato chips.0

Sushi. Bacon-Wrapped Anything. Tequila. Mexican food (Mighty Taco drive-thru to be more specific). Cool Ranch Doritos. Macaroni and Cheese.
Massive quantities. No control at all. Zip Zilch Nada.
Just joined MFP, so hoping I'll learn how to just have a "serving" and not the whole box/bag/tray/bottle.0 -
Potatoes!!! I try and get just a serving but ALWAYS eat more!! I've started making baked potatoes instead of mashed or other form b/c then I can cook one potato per person and there isn't another one for me to eat. I can eat potatoes at any meal of day!!

pasta with pesto sauce; hard to just eat a regular serving and not overdo it. Keeping a regular cardio exercicise regimen helps me negate negative results (most of the time)0

Beer. I'm excellent at not drinking my calories--no soda, no juice, mixed drinks, etc.--until beer is an option. I also have a never-ending cheese craving, but I'm a little better about quelling that.0
