            I hope everyone had a fantastic week. I went to Saint Louis for 5 days this week. I only worked out twice while I was there. :blushing:
 I didn't even make 1/2 of the goal. :noway: I will do my best to give it everything I've got the next couple of weeks to make up for this week and the 1,000 calories I was under last week. So, I'm going to make a goal of 6,500 calories/wk for the next two weeks. (I think I was over the goal the first couple of weeks). Wish me luck! ) )
