    I am going for a walk as soon as my cousin comes by - who is 2 hours late, I might add! - could have gone for a run, if I knew he was going to be this late... ugh...

    I want to play with my new hrm!!!!! lol...

    I went for a 4 mile walk this morning, it was lovely, just me and my Ipod!!

    Did a decent workout in the morning. Wish it was because I'm just that dedicated, but actually it was because Christmas isn't a big deal in Turkey. Celebrated in the afternoon with some American colleagues.

    I did an hour and a half stationary bike. I watched "The wizard of Oz" to it, and didn't even notice how time flew away. :)

    I killed it! 35 minutes of my new Zumba Wii game (awesome workout), followed by a solid SL 5x5 squat/press/pull day! RAWR!! Now to load up on meat and dairy calories! ;)

    I just got back from a walk! I loved it.. not many cars, and walking in the snow is definitely a challenge! Nice getting in a run!

    I've been on an exercise binge everyday since I've been home from break. I'm supposed to take Saturday's and Sunday's off for rest days but I felt incredibly guilty yesterday for not exercising at all. So this morning I woke up at 0350, hit the pavement at 0428 and ran for 20 minutes.
    I stepped on the scale
    before the run: 219.2 lbs
    after the run: 218 lbs

    Probably just water weight but it's still weight! The scale is my frienemy.

    Tonight I'm eating a 1.5 lbs prime rib for dinner and I've already plugged that into my diary... Dear lord, how do I do it?

    Since the Y is closed today, had to improvise. I ran 10 min to a soccer field with field turf. That is like running on cushions. Ran 10 min. Then ran 10 back to the house. Brrrr

    Burned over 1000 calories on my bike when I got off work this morning.
  • Despite a headache I pushed through it and did 90 mins on my elliptical this morning. I won't feel as bad now eating a lot of food later today :)

    I got in level 3 of 30 day shred before being dragged off to lunch/dinner, we eat early here. Now to tired to do much, my tummy hurts!

    Well, I ran downstairs, I lifted my presents, vigorously tore open their contents, and jumped for joy!

    I'm pretty sure I burned a billion calories! :D

  • My gym was actually opened and I went in for about an hour and a half. Worked my upper body! I used my new weight gloves and new sneaks!! T'was pretty busy there too!!!

    I did Gilad's Lord of the Abs new dvd series - Hardcore Abs - 60 min workout. LOVED it! Then after breakfast, went for 2 hr walk around the neighborhood. Sunny and in the 40's here today. Now, I have prime rib in the oven and plan to enjoy my dinner when ready. :smile:
