    I'm on vacation until the New Year. So, I plan to ride the stationary bike for most days so that I can hit my goal! Yay!

    I think for next year, I'm going to set a 2012 goal for bike miles. I'm so excited because in 2012 I will get to Onederland (under 200 lbs)! This will be the fist time getting back there since year 2000! I started the year at 297 lbs and now I'm 240 lbs. And, I know bike riding will be just what I need to get there! I plan on biking 1,200 miles next year!

    Hey - question for you guys -- do any of you do races? My friends and I are thinking of entering a women's only race in February and I can't decide which distance to do... They offer 30, 60, 80, 100. 30 would be no challenge. But this is my first ride -- anyone have any suggestions for a rookie cyclist doing her first race?

    And any training advice, in addition to daily rides?
