dannon oikos greek yogurt - strawberry, with 10 plain m n ms mixed in. I don't know why, but I looove how they taste in yogurt and it gives me my chocolate fix without killing my calorie count (about 150 cals)0

My favorite one that I have before bed most nights is homemade hot cocoa. 1 cup skim milk, 2 t. unsweetened cocoa, 1 T. Splenda; less than 100 calories. Warm milk in microwave before adding other ingredients (learned that otherwise the cocoa doesn't want to dissolve). Its nice and relaxing right before bed (helps me fall asleep).0

Right now... it's my local dairy's egg nog. One serving is 150 cals. *drool*
Otherwise, I have a childhood love that's come back: cucumber slices dipped in French (or Catalina) dressing.
And I totally second carrots dipped in hummus. Awesome!0 -

I carry a small insulated lunch box and love to have either
Turkey Sandwich:
Newmans own white wheat sandwich rounds 100 cal
6 slices carl buddig smoked turkey 60 cal
160 cal
or
1/2 cup no sugar added applesauce 50 cal
sprinkled with cinnamon0 -
-I like to mix a scoop of protein powder with water for 110-130 calories depending on your protein powder
-I always have boiled chicken in my fridge to snack on. You get several ounces for less then 150 calories.
-Light cheese sticks are about 70 calories
-Hard boiled eggs-you could have 2 for 140 calories0 -
Fiber One 90 calorie brownies! They have chocolate fudge flavor or chocolate/peanut butter, I love them!
Mini Babybel cheese, about 70 calories per piece are good too0 -

tings. they are cheetos that are healthy for you, has the salty taste without a bunch of salt, and low cal. 3 year old loves them. 140 calories per serving. one serving is plenty for me. they are especially great since they are vegan as i am.0

2 of the 50 cal tortillas from La tortilla factory. Add an assortment of veggies ( I like peppers and mushrooms) and a sprinkle of cheese for a veggie quesadilla.
2 ritz crackers dipped in peanut butter and chocolate ( really more of a treat, but they come put to about 70 cal each, so i make a dozen of them at the start of the week and ration them out)0
