94% fat free 100 calorie popcorn is the BEST! You feel like you are getting a lot of food and it is only 100 cals. Add a glass of flavored seltzer water with stevia for your sweet with no calories (and no harmful chemicals like diet sode) and you have a full belly and a smile-all for 100 cals!
Great suggestion! I've somehow forgotten about popcorn as of late! Read this and bought some last night Thanks for sharing!!0 -
IF you have an Iphone or Itouch, they have a free app called: the Snack App by Everyday Health. It lists snacks by type (sweet, salty, etc.) and how many calories you have available. Choices for 100 calorie and 200 calories. check out www.everydayhealth.com for info. And it is a free app.0

I'm actually not a fan of snacking, I'd prefer to have a small meal, but for 150 cals I'd go with
-90grams of grilled chicken or less chicken with some boiled veggies
-a cup of low fat yoghurt with half a scoop of chocolate protein powder and a tablespoon of oats.
-At the moment I love eating pumpkin mashed up with cauliflower and a teaspoon of margarine You can have over 200grams each of the pumpkin and cauliflower and even with the marg it's under 150cals
-a piece of wholegrain bread toasted with some mashed banana and honey0 -
Roasted and salted almonds (28 almonds- 170 calories)
Fiber One Key Lime Pie yogurt (50 calories)
Healthy Choice Fudge Ice Cream Bar (80 calories)
Dole Pineapple slices (120 calories per can-4 slices)
100 calorie snack packs (crackers, cookies, brownie)0 -

I finally found a tortilla with almost no fat and only 60 calories that is bigger than a quarter--Tumaro is the brand in my area--love it with 6-12 slices of deli sliced ham (depending on your calories left), 1/4 cup shredded fat free cheddar, 1-2 cups of raw spinach, purple onion, sliced banana peppers, sliced jalepenos, sliced cucumbers, some spicy chipotle mustard.
Very filling for the calories you 'spend'.0 -
I love skittles - 25 g is around 96 calories and i enjoy that so much ...0

my evening snack: Skinny cow or weight watchers ice cream bars. I have one 3-4 days a week. Sooooo good. Love the WW dark chocolate raspberry cheesecake ones!
