I finally found a tortilla with almost no fat and only 60 calories that is bigger than a quarter--Tumaro is the brand in my area--love it with 6-12 slices of deli sliced ham (depending on your calories left), 1/4 cup shredded fat free cheddar, 1-2 cups of raw spinach, purple onion, sliced banana peppers, sliced jalepenos, sliced cucumbers, some spicy chipotle mustard.
Very filling for the calories you 'spend'.0 -

Weight Watchers Ice Cream Candy Bar. It's 150 cal, 16 carbs, 3g protein and is such an awesome treat just about any time. Obviously being ice cream, chocolate, caramel and peanuts it does have a significant amount of sugar (all 16g of the carbs I believe) and fats (6g) but it's worth it if you can fit it in your dietary budget. You'll see one on my diary almost every day.0
