    You look great. What would you say was your biggest factor in your success? More diet, more exercise? I find it very hard to stick to my guns. I go out to eat and think "I will order healthy" then I get there and eat what ever I want. How do you stay on your plan?
    I find diet is the biggest factor for me. Exercise and staying active seems to come much more naturally as I have dropped the weight. Also when it comes to eating out I always look up the menu and nutritional info online before even going. That way I know exactly what I'm going to have and how much damage it will do to my diary that day.
