    The first one is at my highest of 420lbs, middle is about 30lbs down, last one is at 100lbs down.

    I was about 400lbs in this one (Sept 2010)

    You have to put before and after, but make sure the IMG is LOWERCASE. It won't work if it's uppercase.

    I am not going to put a picture of me up because I really do not see any difference. But the difference is undeniable and undisputable on the size of pants I am wearing. So here is my before and after, sort of.

    Size 20W meet my new friend, size 14M

    And the images have to be uploaded to the internet somewhere. "file://..." is just where it's located on your computer. Try uploading them to a site like photobucket or imageshack.

    Everyone's Success this year has me grinning ear to ear. I am so proud of you all. I am down 35 lbs this year but don't have any pictures to share. I will have to remedy this this year for sure.
