The first picture was taken at the end of 2008, but I weighed roughly the same until the start of 2011 when I decided enough was enough. The second picture was taken today 31/12/11. It's been a long, rough ride and I still have about 20lbs to go but I know this journey has changed me forever! Congrats to everyone on this thread, you all look wonderful! Here's to another successful year for everyone

Wow, you're all absolutely amazing. Everyone of you looks gorgeous and are a great inspiration to everyone. Keep up all the hard work into 2012 and the rest of your life. You can tell from the pictures that everyone looks so much happier in their most current photo even those who still have a way to go to their ideal weight, it's great to see you're all so proud of what you've achieved so far.
I've been saying I'm going to get fit for years but kept giving up . After viewing these topics and reading through the forum, I realise I have no excuses to make anymore and there are so many incredible people here to support you and inspire you. I'm determined more than ever to get myself into gear and back to what I was several years ago.0 -

My profile picture is from 3 weeks ago and the picture in my profile in the black jacket was about 5 years ago (and maintained that weight until about 4 months ago), I couldn't find any recent pictures that I wasn't hiding behind my kids.0 -

I'll go ahead and throw this out here. For the record, I am around 5'7".
These two photos of me are the only photos I really have from when I was really fat. I hated myself and avoided pictures at almost any cost. I weighed probably close to 290 (if not more) here. It only got worse my freshman year of college. I reached 320 pounds.
The summer after my freshman year I decided that enough was enough and I was going to get my fat bottom up and start moving and making life better for myself. I counted calories and busted my rear(and am continuing to bust my butt) for about a year and a half now.
Here's an in between photo. I was probably around 210 or so here, I think.
I am currently 164 pounds and intend on dropping to about 150-145 before next summer.

Okay mine are not that massive but I have only been doing this for 60 days!! So my tranformation has been rather rapid.
Here I am at around 71kgs
And Here I am as of a few days ago at 62kgs and around 10.5% body fat

Ok, I'm nervous posting this up here as I'm newish, but I love reading here everyday and seeing everyones awesome progress photos, they keep me motivated, so here goes! Still got about 5-10kg to go, (10-20 pounds)
Aug 2011, 85kg (nearly 190 pounds) and Dec 2011 70kg (145 pounds)

Been patiently waiting....No Scale til 2012...And today I stepped on it and what you know 8pds down... 151...my GOAL was 155 and it been over a Month since I got on the scale...Now time for toning and Maitenance... Way to Kick off 2012!!!

Earliest picture I could find from '11. Sometime in March - I imagine I weighed about 170something, compared to today where I weigh 134 and i'm 5'8.
I'm hoping to reach my goal of 120-125 at around April time!0 -
