I'm 5'5" and currently 151 lbs. I can't seem to get to the 130s but I would like to. I do have an athletic build and I have a booty that I would like to keep. Usually my eating is much better than it has been since the holidays so hopefully I can finally reach my goals after the new year. Here is to another new start. :happy:0

5'3" and 117. Would like to be 110 by summer.
Being short is the pits. You get NO calories! My maintenance is what most people diet on!!!!!!!
Up your maintenance calories by working out harder... the more calories you burn the more calories you can consume. Something like Turbofire would give you a big calorie burn.0 -
i'm almost 5'4" and currently i weigh 250. i've already lost 30 since september and i'm thinking by summer i'd like to be under 200.0

1200 calories and 40 minutes of exercise (not eating the extra cals) is maintenance for me. I have to have a NET of about 1000 cals or less to lose anything. It's very frustrating.0

I'm 5'3" and am currently at 206.8 lbs. I was hoping to be under 200 by New Years day, but the holidays didn't help.
(Started diet and exercise in July at a weight of 267lbs)
Short term goal, get to 168lbs before this July. Long term goal, get below 140lbs.
Net calories 1000.
Spin 90 minutes a day (5x wk) . 3.2 mile run 3x wk, 1 mile runs on the days between with cardio weights)
It's slow going, but I'm looking long term weight loss, and maintenance, so complete lifestyle change for me in terms of what I eat and how I exercise.0 -
5'5" at 188 pushing for 130 by June! I've had to recalculate several time to get the weight to start dropping again!0

I am 5'5 and before i was pregnant I was a toned 117 now that i am 7 weeks post partum i am between 127-123, i am breast feeding so my weight will fluctaute. I want to get back to my tone self at whatever weight it will be.0

I am 4'11" and started out at 165. My current weight is 119, goal is 115 (maybe) but will focus on a lower body fat %, leaner, tighter.
My maintenance is set at 1200 and I eat most of my exercise cals back. But what really helps me lose now that I am closer to my goal is that I set my macros to 40%carbs, 30%fat, 30%protein. Or even 35%carbs, 35%protein, 30%fat. Which is a diet high in protein, lower in carbs.

I am 5' 3 1/2". I started my journey in October at 307lb. In the 82 days since then I am down to 276.5lb. I started working out (more than just walking) about 5 1/2 weeks ago and have lost 20" (6 measurements - bust, waist, abs, hips, thigh, arm) so far. I only count my weight on Mondays for weigh in.
My net calories is 1200-1500. I have not had a spike or splurge day yet. I am saving that for when I hit a plateau.
Goal? My current goal weight is 165. I will reassess at that time. I am hoping/planning to reach ONEderland by the end of 2012. I am in this for the long haul!0 -
