I am just getting back into this. Found that my metabolism was slow. I am going to get medical help. I am 5 feet and approx 150 -155 pounds. I cannot get below the set point of 150 and I am active. I am looking for new friends to add to my great old ones.0

im 5ft2.5in and weigh 124. im pretty muscular and would like to get down to 115. im currently set at 1210 cal, but i usually go over =/0

I'm 5'5" and currently at 133.6- down from 161 last year and all all time (pregnancy) high of 234. I made my original goal of 135 and decided to go for another 10. I wouldn't look good going anything under 120, but I have a small-medium build with lots of curves and muscle.0

I'm 4'11" and very rarely meet anyone shorter than me unless they're an actual dwarf/little person. I'm at 138 down from 157 at my heaviest.. want to get down in the 120s again and I'm getting there. :bigsmile:
I've set my daily calories to 750 which I lose weight if I stick with that, if I get closer to 1000 calories in a day I only maintain.0 -

Good morning! I am 5'2" and currently weigh about 150. I'm happy with my body at 130. That puts me at a nice size 6 or 4 and is a place where I can maintain. Below that is just a constant battle that I'm just not willing to fight any more0
