    I'm 5'5" and currently at 133.6- down from 161 last year and all all time (pregnancy) high of 234. I made my original goal of 135 and decided to go for another 10. I wouldn't look good going anything under 120, but I have a small-medium build with lots of curves and muscle.

    I'm 4'11" and very rarely meet anyone shorter than me unless they're an actual dwarf/little person. I'm at 138 down from 157 at my heaviest.. want to get down in the 120s again and I'm getting there. :bigsmile:

    I've set my daily calories to 750 which I lose weight if I stick with that, if I get closer to 1000 calories in a day I only maintain.

    I'm 5 even, 114lbs, looking to get to about 109 or so. I don't care how much I weigh as long as my body fat is 12%.

    that is why i almost never fead the shorties tread. This is barely enought calories for my cat. How about not messing with your metabolism? I am 4'11" and i usually eat between 1500 and 1700 calories a day. Right now i am doing 1300 to undo some of the holydays weight gain lol. Eating too little is the best way to lose muscle mass

    I'm 5'1", (actually 5' 3/4" so I bump it up to 5'1"!!) I started at 203lbs, currently 188lbs and my long term ultimate goal is 135lbs. Does any other shortie out there get frustrated when you walk with an average height person and you have to walk that much harder to keep up with their average stride? lol

    12% is amost competition level and the body builder only go that low for a very short period. I would talk with your doctor

    I do... my hubby is 6ft, so I constantly have to trot to keep up!! LOL!!

    Good morning! I am 5'2" and currently weigh about 150. I'm happy with my body at 130. That puts me at a nice size 6 or 4 and is a place where I can maintain. Below that is just a constant battle that I'm just not willing to fight any more

    Hi! I am 4'11.5" and started out at 181lb in early October 2011. I am currently at 155lb and loving it. I am working towards a lean, toned and muscle ridden 125. Good Luck to everyone in the coming year may all your challenges have succesful endings.

    I am 5'2. I started of 2011 at 297 and today I weighed in at 227. =) I need to lose a LOT more but I'm working on it.

    ME! I'm 5'4" and about 120lbs. Goal is to be around 108 again because I have very small bones. I would accept a higher weight and to lose about 4 inches in my waist.

    Hello evrybody! I am 5'3" and am about 127. Looking to be about 110 by bikini season. I have my settings set to lose 1/2 a pound a week to allow a little more leeway for a bit more calories. Right now my net calories are 1320. So any loss over half a pound is just an added bonus. Fell free to add me and good luck!!

    I'm slightly above your 'shortie' requirement! I'm 5'6'' BUT all my height is in my torso and not my legs so I'll generally need petite length pants.. My maintenance weight is 130lbs (recently pregnant so will be working back to that once the baby makes his/her arrival).

    5' 4" here, and today weigh 175.5. Used to hold steady around 130, but it's been 9 years since I saw THAT number on the scale. Ouch. I'll settle for 140 and strong. Need the support of new friends though!

    I'm 5'5" and I want to be size 6. Maybe smaller. And I want to be a heavy size six with lean muscles and lots of strength. I eat about 1500 calories or more when I exercise. I love being strong and tough and having lots of energy. I love how I feel during and after lifting. I feel sexy and look it too. I can't wait to trade fat for hot *kitten* muscle and then maintain. Then I think I'll be eating more than 2000 calories and I'll feel even better than I do now. If I have to get below 130 to shrink into a 6 I'll know I failed. And I'll probably stick with being a strong, fast(er) hot size 8 that eats and has energy instead.

    Hey there.

    I'm 5' 3" and looking to be about 160. It seems heavy, but I'm a rather muscular girl, and was 125lbs back as a freshman in high school, playing football. That was pre- boobs, kids and puberty, so that isn't going to happen again. A size 11/12 would suit me just fine. :)

    I am 5'3 and currently at 159 lbs. I would like to get down to at least 130 and then we'll go from there. A healthy BMI for my height I believe is between 120 and 140.

    I'm 5'4" 120lbs, just started strength/weight training. I wan abs real bad...great legs and arms won't hurt either.

    I'm 5' 4" (if you round up...) and currently 127. I felt my best at a fit and toned 118 a couple years ago, so that's my goal. I'm in my mid-20s, pretty new to MFP (but very dedicated!) and would love an add from anyone with similar goals!

    Her goals are her own, and we have no right to tell her what her goals should be.
