I have lost almost 20 lbs just from diet alone so it is time to start getting my butt in gear and get moving.I have a goal to lose 40 lbs this year. I think that this could be a good, inexpensive way to start so I'M IN!

I'm in, I am starting tomorrow though as I have spent the day with a damn migraine, I would not mind if I had spent all last night drinking but I had a small shot glass of port at midnight and that was it!!!!
Do we log on each day to say what we have done? I have no idea, I have not done a challenge before!
