day 2 - 45mins elliptical, 15mins rower, 10mins cycle, 100 squats, 40 degrees, hot, hot, hot in Melbourne, Australia, should of went swimming instead, oh well, another hot one tomorrow........0

I'd like to join please. I really need the motivation to work out at least 5 days a week.
Day 1 for me today - 32 minutes on elliptical and a 15 min abs class :-)0 -

I am really excited about this one! I have been looking for a forum that would keep me motivated and accountable. The other ones I was involved in always die down and then no one posts after a while. So of course I didn't do anything yesterday besides chores. That was hard work in it's self :laugh:
