    1 hour strength training at the gym~this used to be an easy class! Haven't taken in 5 months! Hard as heck!!

    Sorry, didn't see the format post until after I posted...

    OK, I didn't have time to get on yesterday and log...so here are my numbers.

    1/2/12 -- Day 1= 30 minute brisk walk
    1/3/12 -- Day 2 - Jan 3 = 45 minutes coaching basketball, 30 minutes C25K, 15 minutes stretching

    This morning was hard, I did not want to get up! but I did. and I felt like I didn't give my all b/c I was so tired and sore. but I still worked out, it counts!

    We are not able to give 100 percent everyday. Doing it tired and sore is great and is better than doing nothing at all :)
