    love spinach pie....i basically do something exactly like this, but use frozen spinach and add mushrooms and jarlsburg cheese grated on top. = )

    I think I am gonna make this for thanksgiving to bring to my BF's parent's house. It will give me a healthier option and let them think I know how to cook. lol.

    I use the egg whites in the carton (the liquid egg beaters I think they're called), so when you do the conversion, it would be 6 medium egg whites equal 3 whole eggs or if you use the liquid egg whites it's 3 (1/4 cup) servings of Egg Beaters.

    Hope this helps :)

    I've never made it with whole eggs, only liquid egg whites.

    that's why I love this dish - you can add whatever veggies you want! I always leave out the cheese as I really don't care for cheese and it adds more calories.
