  • I would like to join this challenge - a bit late, but so happy I found you all.

    1-1 Walk on the beach 40 min.
    1-2 Walk the dog 20 min
    1-3 Walk (warm up) 15 min
    Strength training 55 min
    1-4 Walk the dog 20 min
    Walk the mall 40 min
    1-5 Flexibility stretching
    Sit ups
    Toning exercises 25 min
    Walk the dog 15 min
  • I'm done today, suppose to be a rest day, couldn't help it, had to work out, weigh in soon!

    01 – 60mins - 940mins to go, elliptical, rower, 100 squats
    02 – 75mins – 865mins to go, elliptical, rower, cycling 100 squats
    03 – 40mins – 825mins to go, cycling, 100 squats
    04 – 85mins – 740mins to go, elliptical, rower, cycling, 100 squats
    05 – 45mins – 695mins to go, cycling, 100 squats.
    06 – 40mins – 655mins to go, cycling, 100 squats.

    LOVE a challenge!

    Jan 1 - 45 mins (just dance 3)
    Jan 2 - 35 mins (biggest loser ultimate workout)
    Jan 3 - 65 mins (just dance 3 and BL yoga)
    Jan 4 - BREAK
    Jan 5 - 70 mins (biggest loser yoga and running)

    Total: 215... 22% there!

    How do people find their previous posts in such a long thread so that they can just add to it?
    I keep a Notepad .txt file on desktop with data, signature, ticker link. Edit that and paste into reply when I check in. I also keep the date and time of my last reply so I can skim the posts. :wink:

  • Id love to join you guys in your 1000min challenge this month. = 40 min a day hummm, I'll try. I have a question for you Fitness and Exercise group. I have a Giggle Gym (vibrating exercise machine) called the PowerFit - Does any one have this machin?. I need to know how many calories it burns. Greatly appreciate your help. Lynn :drinker:
