I would like to join this challenge - a bit late, but so happy I found you all.
1-1 Walk on the beach 40 min.
1-2 Walk the dog 20 min
1-3 Walk (warm up) 15 min
Strength training 55 min
1-4 Walk the dog 20 min
Walk the mall 40 min
1-5 Flexibility stretching
Sit ups
Toning exercises 25 min

Id love to join you guys in your 1000min challenge this month. = 40 min a day hummm, I'll try. I have a question for you Fitness and Exercise group. I have a Giggle Gym (vibrating exercise machine) called the PowerFit - Does any one have this machin?. I need to know how many calories it burns. Greatly appreciate your help. Lynn :drinker:0
