Banana, frozen strawberries, cup of soy milk, scoop of protein powder, and handful of spinach (don't worry...you can't taste it)

    Yes! This! :)

And if you use chocolate protein powder and a dash of splenda...NOM! I use this as dessert sometimes (less milk to make it thicker) with a dollop of cool whip light on top.

Organic carrot juice from Costco--16 ounces, fresh organic baby spinach-whole bag from TJ's, frozen blueberries, agave...water, if needed. In the Vitamix. Frozen fruit, sometimes pineapple. It's a green drink and totally smashes the life out of any cravings. Makes two servings.

I just discovered you can make "Orange Julius" at home. Recipe is delicious. I'm hooked!

1 cup milk (I use skim)
    1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar (I use Splenda instead)
1 tsp vanilla (I use the real stuff not the artificial)
6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
    8 - 10 ice cubes.

    OMG!!!

Oh I am SOO Excited, and totally inspired! Thank you for all the ideas!

Today I went shopping and bought all kinds of goodies to get us started making smoothes at home :)

Our first smoothies were Banana, Frozen Strawberries, Vanilla Greek Yogurt, splash of orange juice and ice cubes. They were amazing, and about 200 calories each! I can't wait till tomorrow morning so I can make a breakfast smoothy! :)

    Keep the recipes coming! :)
    Thanks again :)
