Banana, frozen strawberries, cup of soy milk, scoop of protein powder, and handful of spinach (don't worry...you can't taste it)
Yes! This!
And if you use chocolate protein powder and a dash of splenda...NOM! I use this as dessert sometimes (less milk to make it thicker) with a dollop of cool whip light on top.0 -
I usually make one with : -
200ml water and 200 ml semi - skimmed milk
1 and half scoop of chocolate caramel protein powder
1 hand full of frozen mixed berrys
Blend it all up, it's fair yummy0 -
Organic carrot juice from Costco--16 ounces, fresh organic baby spinach-whole bag from TJ's, frozen blueberries, agave...water, if needed. In the Vitamix. Frozen fruit, sometimes pineapple. It's a green drink and totally smashes the life out of any cravings. Makes two servings.0
