How often should I be updating and 'clocking in'?
How do people update their list without having to troll through for AGES to find their previous post? Help please!!!0 -
1st Jan: 0
2nd Jan: 105mins. (30mins run/walk, 45mins strength training, 30mins Just Dance 3)
3rd Jan: 90mins (60mins Zumba, 30mins Just Dance 3)
4th Jan: 75mins (30mins run/walk, 45mins Zumba).
5th Jan: 40mins (20mins step, 10mins squats/lunges, 10mins stretch)
6th Jan: 40mins (30mins run/walk, 10mins stretch)0 -
yes please count me in. I love to excercise and encougement helps0

Jan 02: 88 min (6 mile run, 25 min walk)
Jan 03: 92 min (CLX burn 1, JM Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism)
Jan 04: 168 min (CLX burn 2, walking, B210K wk 3)
Jan 05: 25 min (walking)
Jan06: 172 min (CLX burn 3, walking)
Jan 07: 60 min (walking)

I'm so impressed by a lot of you. Great work!!!! I didn't really set a goal this week I just wanted to be in the range and I have made that
1/7/12 73:16 minutes doing cardio/weight training and dancing
1/6/12 cleaned house but forgot to count
1/5/12 40:35 minutes doing treadmill intervals and dancing
1/4/12 36:20 minutes doing biggest loser cardio max dvd
1/3/12 none
1/2/12 38:48 minutes Jillian 30 DS and Michael Jackson WII

1/2 – 30 min (Aerobics DVD)
1/3 – 30 min (Leslie Sansone Walk-at-Home)

04 - 70 Box Fit
05 - 190 5k Run + Circuit training + Quick Abs + Outside walk
06 - 72 Outside walk Ave Speed 4.5mph
07 - 303! 3Hrs at the gym. Various cardio work, a circuit training class and other bits and bobs.
