    Mid week weigh in gave me 62.8KG/138.16LB but I haven't moved much this weekend, but I did do my target 3 sets of exercise tis week! Three times more than in the past 6 months!

    Generally - all moving in the right direction though..
    Loving the support - it's the best bit about this site!! Feel free to "friend me"

    Some success! Still shedding what I put on before and during Christmas! Going back to work is working for me. I am a teacher and having no structure to my day leads me to snacking. So glad all of the good snacks are gone as well! :) My Sat. goal is to EXERCISE and drink lots of H2O! :drinker: (That is water!)
