Mid week weigh in gave me 62.8KG/138.16LB but I haven't moved much this weekend, but I did do my target 3 sets of exercise tis week! Three times more than in the past 6 months!
Generally - all moving in the right direction though..

Some success! Still shedding what I put on before and during Christmas! Going back to work is working for me. I am a teacher and having no structure to my day leads me to snacking. So glad all of the good snacks are gone as well! My Sat. goal is to EXERCISE and drink lots of H2O! :drinker: (That is water!)0 -
