There actually isn't a group on MFP anymore. There is a link to the google doc on the first post though.

    Hello,

I'd like to give this a try, Please add me to the group. I have been experimenting in the kitchen for several months and I have found a new love of trying new things. I also have old recipes that I would love to turn into healthier meals.

How do I get my ticker to show up..

I would love to join this group, but will be having back surgery next week so it may be difficult for me to post and reply all the time.

OK I cooked the Cabbage Bake tonight ..... it was edible but my 17 yr old son didn't like it (not unusual!!). My husband went back for seconds (but he will eat anything). I probably won't make it again, no offence - just not sure if I didn't make the right substitutions or used the right ingredients fullstop. I used the grated cheese option and just our usual pre-packaged bread crumbs mixed with some pepper and oregano with some more grated cheese. It was a great way to use up what was left of our Christmas ham. If I do make it again I would halve everything and make it smaller (so I don't have to eat the left overs ;-) )

I have brought the prawns for the pasta dish tomorrow night, (unless my daughter and her fiance are home for tea, they want tacos!)

BTW... had the cabbage bake leftovers for lunch today. Eats just as well the second time around. Very wholesome recipe.

I made the shrimp recipe yesterday. It was really good and very flavorful. I served it with a side of pasta (whole wheat) and veggies!
