    I don't know what happened last week, I was under everyday and worked out and still I gained?!?!? I'm slightly frustrated, the only thing I can think of is that my body was still adjusting to everything I ate in the last week of December. Hopefully this week will be more successful.

    I weighed in at 292 today. I have been struggling really bad for the last 3 weeks. I have been gaining and losing the same 5 pounds this whole time. I keep cheating! Not good. There is no way I can lose 28 pounds by easter if I don't get focused. I was replying to a post today and it really brought back why I need to lose 110 pounds before my twins start school. I will lose this weight and I will keep it off and then I will decide if I want/need to lose anymore. I will not be the mom that struggles to walk or climb stairs. We will not limit our activities (our lives) because of my obesity. I will kick the morbidly out of morbidly obese by easter.

    Sweetheart, YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Not all at once, and you may not meet your goal to lose 28lbs by Easter... As long as YOU KNOW you are giving 100% to your goal, and you are gving this ALL YOU"VE GOT to be able to be a more active mom to school aged twins, then THAT in its self WILL BE self satisfying!!!

    Take this ONE bite at a time, ONE meal at a time, whatever it takes for YOU to keep repeating GOOD Choices... not everyone loses the same, and not everyone has the same routine... you have to find what works FOR YOU.. and FOR YOU that may be a gold star sticker chart..... 5 Gold Stars a Week X's 4 Weeks = 20 Gold Stars a month = A New bottle of Nail Polish, OR a new set a hair scrunchies, something SMALL and attainable......

    You CAN SUCCEED..................but you're gonna have to get creative!! We are here, pushing you along.... today, Walk in Place for 15minutes.......... if thats ALL you can do...........then DO IT! =)

    Shoot! I missed today's deadline! I went straight out of the house this morning to exercise class and then ran errands and just got back. And I had a one pound loss, too! :sad:

    YAY!!!congrats guys very well done....:flowerforyou:

    i was looking over my workouts, meals etc and i really need to work on my meals thats HAS to be the problem...my workouts for this week total a little over 10 hours and i burned(HRM) over 3300 calories.....so even though i was only over in my calories 1 day ....i need to re-think the foods i am eating....so here's to next week , to all of us we can do this.....

    Sorry I'm late - life very busy at the moment with a change in career direction and a total refurbishment of our house. Internet connection is dependent on what is being done in our house at the time. I put on a lb this week - 165lbs. I must try harder.

    Honestly I'm shocked to see some people have lost 8,7,5 lb! That's great! I'm happy my weight is going down period. It's normally very hard for me to lose weight because of PCOS.

    kc--I'm really not well so if you would like I can give the challenge however I won't be participating in it until I feel better. I have been doing the p90 and I love the 7 push ups so that's the first challenge. Everyone is to do sets of 7 push ups. 7 regular width, 7 close and 7 spread wide. Do 1 set the first day and then try to build from there. As for the second challenge I would like everyone to try to and have a day where they don't eat any processed foods. (it's harder then you think)
