Stress eating right now! We are about to move and I have to get it all ready while my husband is away training for three weeks. I just ate my calories for today and it's only 3pm =(0

I can be both, but I find it MUCH easier to say no to food when I'm bored. If I'm stress I use food to make me feel better... which isn't great because it usually does make me feel better. Until I step on the scale of course.0

I used to be a boredom eater. When I stressed, though, I never wanted food. Eating while stressed made me feel so sick to my stomach.0
