I want to lose 70 pounds by my wedding in October 2013... Though I would really like to have it all lost by may, just to make sure I can do fittings and such for my dress. That gives me a year and 5 months. I'm doing the 1 pound a week plan, just because I feel I'll stay more motivated if it's an (in my mind) achievable number.
2 of my 5 bridesmaids are also trying to loose a lot of weight by then too, though they have a little more I think. A few of my coworkers and I started this program last week and we're really helping each other stay motivated and grooving.

I could always use more friends to help push me though!! So if anyone would like to add me, let's do it! I leave really positive messages every few days, lol, I'm a soldier and a cheerleader right now. :)

I need to lose 55-60 lbs. My doctor recommended this website. I think I can if I get motivated and put forth the effort. Its finding the motivation that is getting me. I am motivated to a point but could use a little encouragement.

I need to shift 79lbs in total. I weigh in every Thursday (forgot last week so this week it will be a fortnight since last measured), and every two weeks I take my measurements too (that will be this week!).

My first week of this site I gained 2.5lbs, 2nd week lost 8.5lbs, then regained some so now total lost is only 5lbs :-(.....

I really need some motivation to get exercising, eating well is generally not a problem though before I started this I had gotten into some bad habits which I have now banished - I was eating in the evenings - a hot chocolate, several biscuits and yoghurt or cereal, as well as lots of chocolate and biscuits during the day when my boys were napping. I have now limited myself to a fruit tea and fresh fruit or dried fruit in the evening and one hot chocolate a week on a Friday night with a limit of three biscuits.

I am still on-demand breast-feeding so I know i need to eat healthy and have found after my second my eating habits took a turn for the worse. After my eldest I couldn't stomach any chocolate of sweet stuff throughout my pregnancy so didn't have any cravings afterwards which helped when I began to try and loose weight when he got to a year old. However after my second, the opposite happened - I ate badly throughout the pregnancy (and feel terrible for it - not for me but i feel bad that i did this for my son as he doesn't get a choice for what i put into mine and hence his body). I am still trying to get my diet back on track and am finding it hard to eat enough fruit and veg and drink enough water (I never used to have any problems with this before). Even though I tend to eat badly sometimes I still eat well below the usual daily 2000cals recommended for the average woman, for me it is eating enough fruit/veg and drinking enough water and more importantly doing exercise!!!

I find my bggest problem is that I tend to procrastinate - I always manage to find an excuse or something else to do rather than what needs to be done - this is my biggest problem in everything! So anyone who wishes to help will be greatly appreciated.

Good luck to everyone else who needs to shift those pounds too. x x
