    Yep, I'm short too. 5'1" and 162.5 as of today. My end goal is 120 by July, that's a loss of 6 pounds a month. But I'll take 130 it's only 4.5 pounds a month.

    We aren't short, we are fun sized :)

    Agreed- we are fun sized (or over Christmas, we are "elf-sized" tee hee hee). Or just "under tall"

    I'm 5'4.5'' (used to be 5'5.5" - I'm 25 yrs old and already shrinking!!).
    I'm currently at 109lbs - Would like to get down to 105!

    Hi, I'm 5'4" 126. So very similar. I'm hoping to be around 110. I am 32% body fat so my main goal is to get that down!

    Hey Everyone. I'm 5'3" 225lbs. My first goal is to get under 200 again, hopefully around 170. From there I want to see how I'm looking and how healthy I am before deciding to go lower.

    Hello ladies! I am 5'5 currently 133 with a goal weight of 120 ish...my real goal is to drop my body fat... love to be around 18% .

    hey we should definitely keep each other motivated. we weigh around the same and have similar weight goals so we are in the same boat! we can do this :)

    I'm 5'0. I started at 140+. I am now at 128 this week. If I stay on track I should be around 115 by the middle of April. Just in time for my birthday :D

    I am 4'10 I think I might be the shortest of all :) I am 115 lbs and would like to get back to 105. I started not too long ago and I really gave it a go these last 2 weeks. When losing 10 lbs it is pretty hard. I don't have any friends on the site but would love some support and would love to see others food journals for food ideas.

    Well I know I have alot more to lose than you, but after my last kid drinking water and eliminating anything else I drank helped alot. I also learned to cut my portions down tremendiously. When I lost the weight before I decided to put the meal I was eating on a small plate instead of a regular sized dinner plate. Right now I am working out and drinking only water but this time I am actually watching what I eat too. Ive researched alot of websites and it seems they really push the fruits and vegetables alot and encourage small meals but just more of them throughout the day.

    Hi! I'm 5'2 and currently weight 123--the highest I have been in a long time! I am hoping to get down to 110ish soon! I never really struggled with my weight--until I had kids! I have two kids now and am in my 30s and have found that my metabolism has slowed down and I have to work at this! Anyone please feel free to friend me!

    I'm not quite in your size range, but almost.

    As you're smaller you need to eat less than taller people around you, and portion sizing and control become more important.
