I'm 5'2 and I hope to get back down to 112. Everyone carries weight differently. I'm very small framed. I started at 120 and that is a little fluffy on me. I'm not as concerned about the number on the scale as I am with how my body looks. I just want to get strong and in awesome shape. Good luck!
I totally agree with you. Having a small frame gets the best of you sometimes. 112 is my ultimate goal because I know that I look petite and healthy at that weight. Anything under 110 and you start looking a little too small if that makes sense. So I think anywhere between 110 and 115 would be a great ultimate goal!!!0 -
I'm 5'2" and just joined MFP with the goal of losing 8 lbs so I'll be back at my high school weight of 110. If I reach that goal I might try to go down to 105, but anything more than that would probably be too thin.0

I'm 5'1 and I would love to be 135-140lbs at the end of it all (or 20% body fat). I am currently 198lbs but HW was 270.
I have been having such a hard time losing atm =( Plateau for a few months now can't seem to get below 194, then fluctuate between 194 and 198lbs.
My short term goal is to get out of this plateau and hope to get down to 180 by January 1st.0 -

I am 5'2" and my "mini" goal is 150, then I will see from there, the doctors tell me I need to be around "105-120" but we'll see:)0

I'm 5'3" almost 5'4" but my goal is 144.That's my high school "fit" weight... might reevaluate when I get there because I had a lot more muscle in those days so to look like that I may need to way less. But I don't think I'd like the way I looked below 135, I love being strong and having muscles0

I'm 4' 11, currently hovering between 96 & 97 lbs, 10.5% bodyfat. Aiming for 9% bodyfat before summertime.
(I recently lost 8 lbs & 3.5% bodyfat in the last couple of months)0 -

I am 5'3 and my goal is 120ish. I will see how I feel when I get there. Best I ever felt was 112 but I am 45 now,not sure that is realistic or healthy. Set my realistic goal & will adjust from there.0

I am 5'3" and 56 yrs old. I am hoping to get to 175, but would love to get to 150 someday. I am finding at my age the weight has decided to hang on a little longer than I want it to. I have to work twice as hard to lose half the weight of a younger person, but I am not giving up!

I would also like to get back into my size 8 clothes or maybe go to size 6. Whichever one I get down to, I plan to stay there for the rest of my life. This is my lifestyle change. Trying to manage stress and not eat bad things that I want to eat when I do get stressed out. Will try to exercise for stress relief vs eating to relieve my stress.0

I'm a tad under 5'2 and I'm trying to get to 103-105. I am 110 pounds right now. Very small boned. Yes, I'm at a healthy weight, but I'm trying to get into race shape, which is about 5 pounds less than I weigh now.0

I'm 5'3" 1/4 ...my goal is between 115 and 120...................I was at 110 about 4 yrs ago and It was hard to maintain that weight, at least for me, plus people told me I was too skinny!0
