    I am just now starting with MFP because it finally syncs with my fitbit. I know i am a little late getting in on the challenge but i am really excited about getting my weight off.

    Started my weight loss journey September 26th 2011

    I didn't weigh in this week, my power was out Thursday and Friday due to a mini ice storm, when power was restored I didn't have intenet till today, and last weekI lent my scale to my daughter in law to weigh her luggage as she and my granddaughter were flying out to Alberta to visit with her family fpr a late Christmas visit. So have I been careful about my eating and exercising? Unfortunately not. I'll still use any excuse, and the aforementioned plus my hubby has been sick (sees the doctor tomorrow finally) has resulted in some stress eating on my part. <sigh>

    Hi there...Starting weight was 193...

    Week 3: 183.6

    In three weeks that takes me down by 9.4 lbs....I should surely reach my mark of over 10 lbs for Jan...This is really great....I'm very satisfied at this point...Looking forward to this last week...Good luck to everyone else...
