Hi Green team! This is Angie. I thought for this week's challenge we would work on meeting your exercise goals. For example, my exercise goals are to exercise 150 minutes 6 days a week. My focus will be to meet my goal this week. I was doing really good for the last 2 months, but then my gym closed for 10 days. Now I am struggling to get back in my routine. Remember to check in and have a great week!:happy: :happy:

great challenge...thats one thing that I struggle to meet so I like it.
I wanted to go ahead and post my weight this morning....it said 127 so back up a pound but I am not changing it b/c I just got a visit from my Aunt Flow yesterday morning and she is making me bloated....:mad: so I am going to wait and see what I am in a few days and if I have gained I will adjust accordingly....(I am just not accepting it right now) :noway:
Hope everyone got wayyyy better results than me but either way we are on our way to success and going to all be lookin' smokin hot soon. :bigsmile:

Ok I lost .2 pounds, checked in at 244.4. Not suprised with the last two days this week due to stress I didn't eat well. But loss is loss so not complaining. Have a good week everyone!! Good luck0 -

hiya greenies! my weigh-in is 203.4, which is a pound less from last week. had lost a lot more but it's found me back. it's due to leave forever one of these days, so i'm not bothered at all. i am slowly settling here, will have more time to post next week, i hope more guys frequent the thread as it appears to have become emptier again

Well I had a huge loss this week But that doesn't surprise me with how active I was last weekend and then How sick I got. Anyways I lost 4 lbs this week and am down to 209.4.0

yeah, I only lost .2 this week as well. but i agree, a loss is a loss. i'm in for the exercise challenge as well. i'll have to go check what my goals are, i think it's 60 min a day for six days. angie, you work out 150 min a DAY???? that's awesome! do you worry about overtraining at all?0

Kin-Keep in there I started this journey in Jan. and there are some weeks( many weeks) where nothing happen. I tell myself it took 16 years to put all this weight on it gonna take time to take it off. It a process of changeing habits and that take time0 -
Hi all!!! I lost the 2 lbs I was up last week plus one more putting me at 186. Thanks for all your support, I'm guessing it was TOM that contributed to all of my complaining and whining (plus gain!).0

I had a great week. Better than I had even hoped for. I am 248.4, which is 4.6 pounds. I am really stoked! I have been eating about the same as before, so whatever caused me to stagnate for those few weeks has apparently resolved itself. My gym re-opened, so I've gone 2 days in a row. I do eat some of my exercise calories back, but not all.
With the kids finishing up their extra activities and school ending (one yesterday and one next week), I was wanting to focus on increasing exercise, so this week is a very good challenge for me.
I did not get all my water in yesterday. But, have all the other days.0 -
This is amm
I drank all of my water for the week except on Friday. I am out of town right now and can't weigh myself so I will use my weight from Wednesday at 207.2 pounds. This was a very bad week. Hopefully next week will be better.0 -

Gained a pound back this week, but A/F is here so hopefully it is all her fault and I can get her for it!:laugh: lost some inches though YAY!!!

Argh the cursed 230's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok, I am teetering back ad forth from 230 (last weighin) and 232....I think my TOM is heading my way.....I know it is, so argh........I was an ice cream eating fool. And went over cals pretty much 5 days.....eating nuts mostly.....likely 700 cals in nuts......I am POSITIVE MY TOM is on the way........so hoping that 2 pounds will fall off soon.
I am up for the challenge this week......it is still exercise what we said we would right/????????0 -

Old stinker she is (think her hearing is about gone so she proably didn't hear Raffy calling her to come in :noway: ):noway: so immediately thereafter went to Liberty Travel to pick up my vacation package for Curacao!!! :drinker: :drinker:
I hope I'm not the only one on all weekend, it gets lonely here sometimes!0 -

got my hour in on the wii active, burned 360 calories, not bad. i'm really really tired, it's midnite here. i might be MIA over the weekend, it's ds's 5th bday party weekend, and the kid party is tomorrow morning and the family/everyone else party is sunday noonish, so kinda crazy. send prayers and good juju my way that i don't pinch his head off.0

you wont be the only one on b/c I will need to be checking in and making sure I track my calories this weekend.
Soooo jealous that you are leaving to go to Curaco....when are you going? ahhhhh I need a vacation so bad. My hubby and my 1 yr wedding anniversary is coming up and I am getting us tickets to the Biltmore so will be doing that some time before Nov.( thats when it expires)
I cant wait b/c its sooo rare we get any time to ourselves with having 4 kids in the house....3 are teenagers too.

Well kitn, I think your wishes for sunshine went unheeded in S fla.......lol. Well, it's hotter than a dog's (not lost one :laugh: ) breath out right now but we have 80% chance of thunderstorms today. Really, I told my neighbor, we've had a drought on for so long that it's weird to have rain EVERY day and afterwards it's quite like a sauna sooo steamy.:mad: Ladies, my hair is not straight like my avatar photo (spec occasions courtesy of my hair dresser), but naturally curly and that steam kills my look..............:laugh:

Well I lost it!! I think I am officially in Menopuase. As that Jack in the box comerical goes, STREET RAT CRAZY!! Something snap with me yesterday, everybody just seem to irritate the #$!! out of me. I don't know if from the stress of mom being inthe hospital or the two (trying to think wonderful) teenager of mine or my 2 young co-workers that are so agh!!
Well I cut off all my hair and dye it strawberry blond but loks more orand and pink (at least to me it does) I like the shortness but with a fat face it, well I am just not sure
Porka-sorry about the dog, I had lost one of mine last month and the other is getting old, she crying because she can't do the things she used too
Wow !! I think everyone is having a rough time, Maybe we all need to figure out our emtional side to this, maybe because of the changes we are trying to make we are leaving our comfort zone, you know the ones that help us put on the weight.
I know part of the reason I cut my hair is I always like short hair and I kept telling myself once I lose more weight it would looke better and I'll do it then, But then yesterday I decided What ever I am gonna do it and if nobody like it whatever, maybe this will give me the push I needed, who knows? I am just getting tired of one day and I decided I need to do the things I want regardless what other people think.
Sorry I kinda dragged on. Well let me eat brunch I guess since it no lunch time yet and then I am gonna spend time at the gym. Talk to ya later0 -
Just did my squats, forgot to do them yesterday!! So I just did 28 of them, My calf and thigh are not bother with them but the knees do not like them. That why I doing just the amt and not more. I will not ket these knees stop me0

No exercise for me yesterday, but it was a planned day off. Trying to motivate myself to go to the gym this morning. I know I should. And I should want to, but just not feeling it yet. Maybe too early for me. I just woke up. I'm out west... It's still morning.0

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok so yesterday I went over my cals here by 450......still gave me a 97 cal deficit if you figure in my true activity BMR.........So today I am busting my *kitten* I am hitting the pool! It is finally OPEN!!!!!!!!!! So no excuse this summer...other then school.....I start classes Tuesday - Saturday 8:30-5pm daily for 10 months . But until I start I am gonna hit the pool for an hour a day....even if it is jogging in place in there.....
I desperately need ALOT more motivation ya'll. I have been here since Jan 21st and the steam is running out for me. I have done a ton of combo changes......1200 don't eat the exercise.....1200 do eat the exercise.....1350 don't....1350 do......1450 don't/do. Now my nutritionist has me at up to 1500 cals......whether I exercise or not only eat 1500 cals.. no exercise cals unless I feel hungry....so I am gonna see how that works and swim daily...........drink tons of water and make the next 30 days major workout days......cause when school comes I will not have the luxury I have had the last 6 months.

thE FRUSTRATION CAN GET YA TOTALLY PIGGED OUT AT LUNCH BUT HIT THE GYM AND THEN SHOPPING. wENT OVER MY GOAL WORK OUT TODAY SO THAT A GOOD START. gOING OUT TONIHT, HAVN'T DONE THAT IN A AWHILE SO IT SHOULD BE FUN.

:bigsmile: Hi all, well yesterday I went to a BBQ, which had us end the night in a club (The one here is LAME) Drank some, got some water in too.
Today was a harder day to drink the water, but I got my squats in from yesterday today! ended up with 35 after the sets that it say to do in the begining, (Which is a few better then last week)

Sassie_Thank you so much for the cheering, my husband quit smoking for a few days and yesterday he started full on again, It has been annoying me because I don't like it anymore! You know what I mean. :grumble: Stupid man! But believe me I am not throwing those days away for him! Had to see the doctor yesterday (spiting blood) He checked me out and said it was cuz my lungs are cleaning themselves out. WTH!!!!! If I knew then what I do now Ill telll you! WOW! This week has been WOW!

hey everyone! i only got 30 min today, but it was intense. I did a customized workout on the wii active. it said i burned 183 cals, my hrm said 469, i compromised with 300. cause i was sweating. a lot. tomorrow is kristian's bday, so i won't be on. see you monday!0

Did much better at dinner yesterday than lunch. Went out last night and had some fun without drinking, just wateer and 2 diet coke. Well today I am gonna try for the gym0
