200 crunches a day for 7 days challenge <3 starting 16th Jan

wondering if anybody would like to start this challenge with me?
if its poplar we could open a group but id just like to see how much interest i get for the first 7 days.

post how many you do monday - sunday.
try atleast 200 a day but if you cant try to ensure you do 200 in one day by sunday.

DONT have to be in one go.

    So i just did 200 sit ups straight up, it wasnt that hard. i will continue to do this for a week, but i will be so disappointed if i dont see any changes.

    If you go to the website, it it actually a 6 week challenge. If you follow that plan, along with a sensible diet and other workout regimens, you should be good.

    Unfortunately doing 200 crunches a day will not give you a flat stomach... moving is always better than not moving, but if your goal is to get a flat core, this is not the way to go about it I'm afraid.

    I'll try. At first I thought "no way, couldn't do it" then I saw the suggestion of 10 sets of 20 through the day. For my old bones it might have to be 20 sets of 10 haha. Will try to remember to check in... sometimes I find these postings hard to find

    I'm always complaining about my gut but never doing anything specific for them. After reading this, I went to the floor and did 200 crunches (not situps). I did 20, then rested. I did 20 more, and rested, until I had done 200. I will be doin this from now on, and I thank you for posting this, it made me do something that I know I should have been doing all alone.
