For a 1/2lb or so a week loss - I consume 2100-2200 NET calories. I am currently in maintenance and am in the 2300-2500 NET range. I currently weigh right around 145lbs (with a normal range of 143-150).

1280 I workout a minimum of 3 to 5 times weekly and I eat back some of my workout calories. I also give myself one day a week to go over and so far it hasn't affected my weight loss.

I do 1200 net calories per day, but usually burn around 600 exercising, which allows me to eat 1800.

Oh yeah, and I am hoping to lose around 40 more pounds.

Mine is 1200 before exercise and I eat all my exercise calories. I try to net 1200 per day. I've just eaten a banana because otherwise I would have been below 1200 net. I went over my allowance yesterday and still lost 3.5 pounds this week

I have mine set for maintenance, and it's giving me 2300 calories. On days I work out, I usually need to get over 3000.

Mine is set at 1330 (2lbs/wk) That said I typically eat around 1400-1700 a day depending on how much I exercise. MFP pal is a amazing tool to use, but only you and your doctor can determine what is the best intake for you and what is "working".

Mine is 1740, but I usually net around 1400-1500. My profile is set at 1 pound per week although I would like to lose more. I'm at the very beginning now though, so still testing to see what's the best combination for me.

Mine is set to 2100. I'm aiming for a pound a week, and my lifestyle is currently sedentary. It also helps that I'm 5'9". :)

I usually don't eat that much though, to be fair. I try to hit around 1600 or so.

I most defintely listen to my doctor and do what she tells me to do. I was just curious as to how many calories everyone else eats.

Mine is set to 1810 with wanting to lose 1 lb a week. However I usually eat less then that around 1500 (I like to have it higher to give myself permission to eat more if hungry) .

I was averaging a bit under 2 lbs a week in loss then on Wed last week I had a bad day said screw it and had a nice cheat dinner... and since then have lost an additional 2.2 lbs, which now has me averaging exactly 2 lbs per week.

10 calories per pound of my goal weight.

I like your answer. Is there any science behind it? Where can I get more info? Thank you.
