awesome! I am 23.5 pounds away from my goal...so I'll be hitting that last 10-15 soon enough. Doesn't hurt to start this regimen sooner than later!0

1.Cut your sodium to 1,000 mg a day.
2.Drink at least 80 ounces of water daily.
3.Cut out processed foods.
4.Abstain from alcohol.
5.Train at 85 percent of your MHR (maximum heart rate) for 1 hour 5 times a week.
You can do a lot in 30 days — in fact, I can pretty much guarantee you will lose at least 5 pounds. And you'll feel like a rock star!
Do you think the pounds would come right back if you stop following these rules?0 -

No. I don't think so. Not as long as you are still watching your calories and exercising. I no longer do that intense of a workout. I still do 5 days a week but some days I'm wimpy. But my pounds have not come back. I even eat processed foods here and there. But I stay within my maintenance calories and consistently go to the gym.0 -
Not sure if I have the willpower, but I'm at this stage. Thanks for the info!0

I think it just allows us to track the post at a later date. At least that's what I was going to use it for.

My "last 10 lbs" are my first 10 lbs. I've been maintaining a calorie deficit since October and let me tell you, it's been difficult. I had to increase my exercise levels significantly before I started to lose anything, and even then it's happening at a very slow rate.0 -
