I got rid of my last 5 to 10 lbs (now at 16% BF which for me is pretty good) and totally agree with what she said. I did everything on her list except I'm not sure how careful I was with sodium. But I worked out at 85% of my Maximum HR 5 days a week for an hour. These are very good tips.0

awesome! I am 23.5 pounds away from my goal...so I'll be hitting that last 10-15 soon enough. Doesn't hurt to start this regimen sooner than later!0

1.Cut your sodium to 1,000 mg a day.
2.Drink at least 80 ounces of water daily.
3.Cut out processed foods.
4.Abstain from alcohol.
5.Train at 85 percent of your MHR (maximum heart rate) for 1 hour 5 times a week.
You can do a lot in 30 days — in fact, I can pretty much guarantee you will lose at least 5 pounds. And you'll feel like a rock star!

oh well, i've dropped 12% body fat so i guess that sort of counts!0 -
