Walking. Much as I love running, I couldn't do it every day nor do I expect to do it for the rest of my life. Walking you can so at any level, plus it gets you places for free!0

WALKING!!!0

It would be walking for me, especially since I can walk slowly and do race walk intervals in between to burn more calories. Its something I can do any place, any time.0

Hmm, I love weightlifting, soooo...for a FUN multi-muscle exercise, I'd have to go with Kettle Bell Clean'n'Presses. For MOST EFFECTIVE, though, I'd go with modified Burpees: squat thrusts with push-ups at the bottom of the movement and jumps at top into pull-ups. The whole body's hit and you can do it anywhere there's a pull-up bar, aka perfect for traveling!
...I'd rather choose the fun one though, the latter makes me want to pass out after the first couple of sets.0 -

I don't think I've ever tried sexercise. :laugh:0 -
I would do nothing but HIKE! I think it's great cardio, and the varied terrain works almost my entire body. I also get a decent strength workout, especially when I carry a 45 lb backpack for 4-6 hours a day. :-)0

Dancing!!!!!!!!!!!!! No question about it.0
