    I would say if I could only do one.....Walking/hiking. I can walk all day everyday and never get tired of it plus I can always pick new scenery. I love running but I can get burnt out and I take a break through the winter.

    I love using weights but doing just one exercise, even kettlebells would bore me eventually.

    i would choose jogging because it is not only good for weight loss, it is good for your health, and your heart and just everything overall.

    Competitive horseback riding - it's the only thing I've managed to do my whole life (well, since 10). Based on the body I've had when I rode a lot and did nothing else, I'd say it's a great mix of cardio and resistance. Oh, and it's FUN! :tongue:

    Full Burpees. They incorporate everything. A full burpee has a pushup in it, a jump squat and move similar to a mountain climber.

    Burpees with a weighted vest to get more strength training then a regular burpee
