I would totally agree:)... I have always wondered how many cals I was burning...... I need a HRM!!!!!!:laugh:do bedroom activities count as exercise?????

I'm gonna cheat and pick two anyway, lol.
If I was going to base my decision on the exercise that would be most beneficial for appearance and strength, I would choose squats.
If I picked based on what I love and would keep me the healthiest all around, especially my heart, I would choose running.0 -

i'd say walking, because when i hit 60 - 70 - 80, i want to still be able to walk, but i doubt i'll be able to do a burpee, or mountain climber or sets of crunches and squats and weights.... so i'd rather be able to walk forever, than to win a marathon today.
i'd rather be the tortoise than the hare in relation to exercise. i look after my body so i can keep doing things forever rather than kill myself today in order to be in a wheelchair when i'm 80.0
