    Week 4 results:

    Last week's weight: 187.8
    Current weight: 185.8
    Goal weight by Memorial Day: 175
    Goal weight loss a week: 1.5 lbs
    Pounds lost this week: 2.0
    Pounds lost since beginning of challenge: 7.4

    I won't be weighing myself for a few weeks because I am going on vacation! If I come back roughly the same weight that I left, I will be happy. If I lose, even better!

    I only count 10 more weeks until Memorial Day, though - am I missing something?

    Not a great week this week... the weekends are really killing me. But I'm going to overcome that this weekend! NO pigging out for me! AND, I'm going to work out on Saturday AND Sunday. And this week is going to be GREAT! :drinker:

    Just wanted to bump this topic ..... :tongue:

    How's everyone doing with this challenge?? Don't give up!! There's still 9 weeks left (and a couple days)!! A lot can happen in 9 weeks ...... Spring is here so it should be warmer to be able to get outside and take a walk, burn some calories playing with the kids outside, go for a bike ride, etc. etc.

    Keep going ..... and going ..... and going ...... and going ...... :smile:

    Don't give up ..... we're all in this together!! :wink:

    Exercise goal is 3 days per week for at least and hour, and some extra walking here and there.

    Total weight loss is 7 pounds

    I lost 4 pounds the first week, 4 pounds the second week and I've gained a pound and have stayed there for two weeks now.
    My goal is 150 by Memorial Day and 140 by July.
    What I'm really motivated by is the inch and a half I lost around the middle (jeans feel so much better!)
    Now that Easter is over and the candy has been carefully hidden away I think I can get back into my routine (until the next food filled holiday :noway: )

    overall goal 135 or whenever it feels right!
    Goal pounds per week 1-2 lbs a week
    pounds this week, well my week starts today so 0!
    total pounds lost his challange...0 only 16 more to go woo hoo! lol

    Personal goals, 30-45 mins of cardio a day (aiming to add one or two days of joggin to my workout!)
    strength and core/ab work 3-4 days a week 20-30 mins
    9 glasses of water daily
    keeping my sodium down and my late night eating in check
    AND now that Lent is over and snackfood, junkfood and desserts are not off limits...LIMIT THEM! lol
