Definetly did better with meals (yay carrots and Lean Cuisines!)
Need to quit with the night-time munchies. And the Weekend eating has GOT to change (although last weekend was the hubbys bday and so there was WAY more food than normal.
Lost 0.1 lbs. Not great but I was able to get in my lunchtime running 3 days this week, and I already have plans to do my sat & sun runs, so thats a total of 5 days, which is what Im aiming for each week

Hi Everyone!! I recently found this site through a P90X blog. and just found the 4th of July challenge! I hope it's ok that I chime in a bit late.... The 4th of July is going to mark my 2nd year wedding anniversary.. and I would love to stay motivated with you all~! I have been participating in the P90x challenge now for 3 weeks... and I hope it's ok that I maintain my details from that point. Unfortunately I am not very familiar with the posting/blogging/community business so I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ADD MY INFO TO THE MASTER LIST... Can anyone offer me the know-how?

So I just completed Day 2 of the 30 day challenge on Active and burned 364 calories!! And I have to say it is so much fun!! I'm feeling so full of energy right now!! :happy: I'm excited to see what kind of results I can get from adding this "game" to my routine. :bigsmile:0

i hope everybody is having a good weekend. remember to get as much exercise in as you can. yes playing with your kids counts. I was so hungry at lunch.i ate my dinner for lunch . im going to have to have a very light dinner0

woops!!!! I forgot. and I took a free pass for treats last night. ho well, it was worth it... at least I only ate half of it, but that means I still have the other half to eat today.
I did do my workout and wlk/jogged for 50min. yesterday. and I even did my 2mile nonstop run, so I did good on the exercise. and the eating was only bad for the one meal, and then the few adult beverages later, but other than that I was good....:laugh:
between the hangover and the sick kids, I'm not sure if I will workout today or not. I'll have to see. I'll let you know later.:noway: :grumble:

IM DOING GOOD BUT IVE ALREADY ATE HALF OF MY 1200 CALORIES FOR BREAKFAST. i HAD A FRUIT SALAD MADE WITH, 2 APPLES,1 ORANGE, LEMON MNUICE,4 STRAWBERRIES..A CONTAINER OF KIRKLAND YOGURT AND AGAVE NECTAR. IT WAS REALLY DELICIOUS AND FILLING. THEN I TREATED MY SELF TO 5 HERSHEY KISSES. IM GOING TO HAVE TO GET SOME LOWFAT,CALORIES YOGURT. THE KIRKLAND ONE HAS 240 CAL PER CONTAINER. i KNOW THEY HAVE SOME WITH 60, BETTER START LOOKING. BUT IF I EVER FEEL LIKE BINGING AGAIN I WILL JUST HAVE ANOTHER HUGE BOWEL OF FRUIT SALAD. THE AGAVE NECTAR REALLY SPICED IT UP.0

Well gone off track a little this weekend. I didnt do horrible except for Friday. Im on a mini vacation and I know that is no excuse. But I am back on track today. So hopefully I wont gain anything!0
