    17 ... missed a bunch recently due to a four-day hospital stay ... unplanned ... and a couple of bad days leading up to the stay. Gotta make sure to get in five more so I can still finish this out even with the unexpected bumps.

    I do this circuit 3 times with 60 seconds rest between circuits on Mon, Wed, Fri. On off days I either walk or go bodyboarding.
