I aim for three 25minute sessions of medium to high intensity.0

A 30 min walk everyday and currently Im doing the 30 day shred DVD about 5-6 times a week.
Once Im done with the DVD I need to get into a proper routine0 -
I shoot for 90 to 120 min a day ... 7 days a week. Targeting different area's ... but sometimes my work day is way too long and I have to skip a day. But, I usually find ways to throw in " some " kind of extra workout while at work ... so it's all good ! Truth is ... if you love to workout and how it makes you feel afterwards .... then it's really not work !0

Lift 3-4 times a week, 40 - 60 min.
Maybe 30 min cardio twice a week, usually after lifting. Sometimes no cardio at all.0 -

Almost every day.
I run 3-4 times a week. 4.5-5.5 mile runs on Tuesday and Thursday, an LSD at some point during the weekend. If I do my LSD on Saturday I take an easy run Sunday night.
Monday and Friday I do the Nerd Fitness basic body-weight strength training circuit (4 sets squats/lunges/pushups/dumbell rows/jumping jacks and I've added in dumbell curls).
Wednesday is boot camp night.0 -

I workout 5-6 times a week. 30mins on bike/elliptical and then I alternate my weight routine with a crossfit routine they both take about 45mins. Very intense. I'm diabetic and I dont want to take meds. Its been working so far.0

I workout 6 days a week. I am currently doing 35 minutes of hard cardio (intervals) and I do a different form of cardio each day. I also do strength training and work different groups of muscles on alternate days. My strength work takes about 25 minutes.0

Right now I am "MFP scheduled" to do 2x a week at 30 minutes, but I am trying to do more.
I am starting slim in 6 when it arrives in the mail, and I want to be able to do the program.

I just started about a month ago, and I have a lot of weight to lose so I do 7 days a week. And on 4 of those days it is twice a day. All cardio at this point.
Monday - Bootcamp 60 min
Tuesday- Video and then interval 60 plus min
Wensday-Bootcamp 60min
Thursday- Video and Power 90 dvd
Friday- Circuit Training and video
Saturday- video and Circuit training

5 days a week. 3 days doing a 90 min. kickboxing workout. and two days doing advanced yoga. So far it’s working out very well, I’ve lost ten pounds in 3 weeks and I continue to lose.0

My minimun is 3x a week for at least 20 minutes but I usually workout 4-6x a week for about 40 minutes.0

I workout six days a week and throw in double workouts about twice a week. It seriously keeps me sane.0
